“Best Location”

Fantastic Hotel in Great Location. This is now my best hotel in Bangkok! Although the area around the hotel is a bustling hive of activity, I slept in complete peace and quiet. Very comfortable beds and great staff.

The room I stayed in was clean and had all the standard compliments. I wouldn't consider it as big, but it definitely wasn't small either... standard hotel room size. Breakfast was OK and just satisfactory for an International buffet, although I felt it was a little bit pricy for what it offered.

Transport to and from the Hotel was easy, even though the road was very busy, I didn't get delayed and everyone knows the hotel, so great for catching taxi's.

Overall experience was positive.

“What a hotel”

I have not stayed at the Landmark recently but have visited on four different occasions. The hotel staff go out of their way to make your visit special and provide excellent service. On my 40th birthday I had dinner with six close friends in the rib room and bar restaurant on the 31st floor. What a mind blowing experience, top quality steaks, great wine, top service and excellent company. This hotel is well situated and less than a two minute walk to the Sky Train station. This hotel really competes with its sister in central London. I cannot wait to stay again!!

“Fantastic - Best Hotel Ever”

Beautiful, large-sized room, safe, clean, with friendly staff. Great smelling free moisturizer, shampoo. The room was reasonably priced and worth paying more than other locations nearby. This is a fantastic hotel. (If you check my other reviews, I rarely give something five stars.)

The desk staff spoke excellent English. The breakfast buffet was wonderful. The on site restaurants were good. The location is perfect - near tailors, near shopping. Loved my trip to Bangkok.

“Perfect location”

Right on Sukhumvit road but there was no street noise in the room. Excellent rooms, pleasant staff, very helpful with regards to directions etc. Decent pool area which was important as its great to relax after a day in the hectic City. Will stay here next time I visit Bangkok.

"The Landmark - Truly 5-Star"

Pros: On one occasion I left my Davidoff shower gel, which I was surprised but very grateful to have returned to me 6 months later on my next visit.

Cons: The very tall glasses used on the terrace bar, I am always nervous I am going to knock one over.

Location: The hotel is in a great position on one of the main roads through Bangkok and is only 50 yards from Nana Skytrain, an easy way to explore the city.

I have stayed at The Landmark many times and every visit has been a pleasure. From the doormen who deal with my luggage, the smiling check-in staff and friendly bar staff it is a pleasure to stay here. Personally I have wiled away many hours people watching whilst enjoying a cold Singha on the terrace at the front of the hotel It is in a great location and only 50 yards from Nana Skytrain station enabling an easy way to explore Bangkok.

“exemplary hotel”

Having stayed in many hotels worldwide it seems to me most upmarket hotels in Thailand are way ahead of the rest when it comes to service and meeting the guest requirements. Having recently returned a short stay at the Landmark Hotel Bangkok I can say to find a better hotel anywhere in the world would be difficult unless of course you are willing to pay extortionate rates.

“Excellent choice when in Bangkok”
5 of 5 starsReviewed July 27, 2013
I have just spent a week at The Landmark Hotel, and I will definitely be staying there on all my future visits to Bangkok.
I was given one of the Club Rooms up on the 22nd floor, and what a pleasure. No noise from the bustling Sukhumvit Road. The room has a separate lounge and en-suite bathroom, and everything is top of the range. You have wi-fi access if needed. The bed is the most comfortable that I have ever slept in. We arrived at the hotel just after 7am, and were allowed an earlier check-in than the one that had already been arranged.
The breakfast buffet in the Atrium Restaurant was incredible, catering for all tastes.
The staff are tuned in to everything that you may need; they are super attentive and helpful.
The hotel is centrally situated, and the BTS skytrain station is but a few minutes walk from the hotel.

"great experience"

ease of public transport, close to shopping areas, comfortable stay

Stay was good. I took the club superior and like this room better than the deluxe room. it has better amenities and I feel the stay was comfortable and this is a great place to stay as it has proximity to everything you need. the nightlife is right next door, though it is a little seedy.

Always a pleasure - Great rooms, fantastic staff, and great food.

I've been to the Landmark numerous times over the past 15 years and it's the best value for the money around. I've only stayed in the premium club rooms and check in on the 31st floor so I'm not sure about the regular rooms, but the clubs experience is always great. The staff on the 31st is absolutely fantastic and always a pleasure to deal with. They've always gone above and beyond to make my stay great. I always love the breakfast and happy hour with snacks on the 31st. Not as wide of a selection as the lobby for breakfast but quiet, comfortable, and superb staff. The wine tasting sampler in the lobby bar was to die for and a great value. The sommelier was one of the top wine gurus I've come across in my travels and was very accommodating for a mediocre wine aficionado like myself. The tasting had some stellar bottles. The location is good, although it's a bit too close to Soi Nana and the usual beggars, hawkers, and suit salesman lining Sukhumvit for my taste. Close to Nana BTS station and about a 5 minute walk to the MRT station. Overall I can never say enough good things about the hotel and it's staff. Fantastic dining, great bars, and the fantastic value for the rooms and service.

This was my 6th stay at The Land mark Hotel, it is in a great location on Sukhumvit with skyrail at your door step to take you to shopping centres, or just stroll down the road for market stalls. The hotel is clean and lovely with a grand entrance, swimming pool is good, and rooms are your standard size with all amenities. Breakfast buffet is excellent. Will stay again and again.

It was a good experience and stay at the hotels very friendly service, staff was really nice and even upgraded my room since they were over booked. Location was very nice and in a busy part of the city. It was really convenient to stay at this hotel I would visit this hotel in future.
