Each class consists of :
A brief lecture on the ingredients used in the recipes. A demonstration
of the recipes.
Participation of the student in the preparation of some of the dishes. A
tasting of the dishes.
Participants can join individually or in a group up to maximum 10 persons
and can select a one day to 5-day course.

The price is inclusive of all ingredients, tuition. A gift box containing
spices and herbs,

Payment
Payment should be settled by cash or credit card prior to lesson commencement. |

For an additional Baht 450 net per person, daily from 14.00 -16.00
hr. Learn the secrets
of Thai fruit and vegetable carving. Two hours of hands on carving
conducted by
our professional carvers. |
Tom
Yum Goong - Quick 30 minute lesson
A quick 30 minute lesson, daily at 13.00-13.30 hrs or 16.30-17.00
hrs.
Additional Baht 750 net per person. The price is inclusive of a cooking
class apron,
cooking recipe sheet, spices, herbs and a voucher for "Tom Yum
Goong" at our
Nipa Thai Restaurant. |
